These general conditions govern access and use of the website www.segittur.es which SEGITTUR makes available, free of charge, to Internet users, and to the information relating to any of the products and services contained therein. Access to this website implies full acceptance, without exception, of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice, in the version published by SEGITTUR at the time of access to the Portal by the User. As a consequence, the User should read this Legal Notice carefully each time he/she wishes to use the Portal, given that it could undergo modifications.

The use of specific services offered at this website is furthermore regulated by the specific conditions governing each particular case, which may substitute, complete and/or modify the current Legal Notice. The content, understood to include and not limited to the texts, photographs, databases, graphics, audiovisual content, source code, software, etc., is subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights of SEGITTUR or of third-parties. This Legal Notice does not cede to the User any right of exploitation which exists or may exist over such content other than that strictly necessary for the correct use of the Portal and services.

Access by the User of the content and services on the Portal in no case implies any type of surrender, transfer or assignment, in full or in part, of the above rights, nor does it confer any right of use, modification, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication over the content or distinctive marks subject to intellectual or industrial property rights, without prior express authorisation, specifically granted for the purpose by SEGITTUR, or the third party owning the rights.

The User only has the right to view and make copies of the content, solely for personal use, and must exercise this right in accordance with the principles of good faith and current legislation.

 

Conditions for access to and use of the portal

The services offered by SEGITTUR on the Portal are, as a rule, and unless otherwise stated, free of charge. Notwithstanding the above, some of the services provided by third parties through the Portal may be subject to the payment of a fee, in which case the conditions set by such third parties for the provision of their services shall apply.

Access to services rendered via the Web Portal does not require, in general, prior subscription or registration by Users, notwithstanding the fact that for access to certain services, prior registration on the part of the User is indeed required.

The User guarantees that the information supplied when registering for the services requiring User Registration is true and authentic and is obliged to keep this information updated. In all cases, the User is solely responsible for supplying false or erroneous statements and for the damage this may cause SEGITTUR or third parties.

The User agrees to use the content and services available through the Web Portal in accordance with these General Conditions and the Specific Conditions established for certain services, and also in accordance with that specified by the Law, moral conduct, good customs and public order.

The User undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights of SEGITTUR and third parties, and to this end, will refrain from reproducing, copying, distributing, broadcasting or any other form of public communication, transforming or modifying the content, unless authorised by the owner of these rights, or it is legally permitted to do so.

The User may not use data obtained at the Web Portal to carry out electronic, publicity, promotional or commercial communications, unless with prior consent from those affected.

Minors using the Services must obtain prior permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be held responsible for any actions made by minors under their charge. Full responsibility for deciding the specific content and services that minors can access lies with the adults responsible for them. The User agrees to use the Web Portal and services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the Specific Conditions for certain services and other notices, conditions of use and instructions made known to the User, as well as with generally accepted morality and good customs, and public order.

To this effect, the User will abstain from using any of the services to aims or effects which are illicit, prohibited in this Legal Notice, detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties, or which in any way may damage, disable, overload or prevent the normal usage of the services, IT equipment, or the documents, archives and any type of content stored in any IT equipment belonging to SEGITTUR or to other Internet Users (hardware and software).

The User also agrees to use the content made available to Users on the Web Portal, this meaning, and this list is non-exhaustive, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sonic content, as well as graphic design and fonts (hereinafter “Content”), in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the Specific Conditions for certain Services and other notices, conditions of use and instructions made known, as well as with morality and generally accepted good customs and public order.

– Analysis and/or verification mechanisms.

Some of the pages of the SEGITTUR portal have analysis and/or verification mechanisms –cookies– that are small data files generated on the user or client’s computer when he/she navigates the Portal’s sites and pages. The cookies that can be used at the sites and pages of the Portal are associated solely with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous User), and do not in themselves provide names and surnames of Users. They allow our systems to remember the language and portal chosen, along with other navigation characteristics and preferences chosen by the user during his first session. These cookies are not invasive or harmful. Nor do they contain personal details – their only function is to personalise navigation options as previously expressed. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

When a user accesses this website, they provide personal information for which SEGITTUR is responsible. This information may include personal information, such as your IP address, name, physical address, email address, telephone number, and other information. By providing this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, managed and stored by SEGITTUR only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Content subscription form: In this case, we request the following personal data: Name and email address to manage the subscription list and send newsletters – this information is provided by the user when subscribing. Within the website, there are several forms to complete in order to activate the subscription.

The results of technical link mechanisms, directories and search tools are provided directly by third parties, and are a consequence of the automatic functioning of technical systems. Therefore, SEGITTUR is not responsible for control and vigilance over their content and services, and assumes no responsibility, whether direct or indirect, for said web pages or sites, their content, services or transactions carried out via them. In the same way, SEGITTUR does not guarantee the privacy and security of use of the Portal and, especially, it does not guarantee that non-authorised third parties will not be able to gain knowledge of the type, conditions, characteristics and circumstances of use of the Web Portal made by Users’. Therefore it is not responsible for damages and prejudice of any kind that could result from this non-authorised access.
